The Blue Ridge Mountain Room will be alive tomorrow night with story-telling, poetry readings, art, photography, and song for the semi-annual Chrysalis Reveal, where contents of the college’s literary magazine–and contest winners–are unveiled.
“I’m very excited about this issue,” said Editor Scout Lynch, sophomore. “We had 35 contributors this semester! There are a lot of beautiful submissions, and our team did a great job with the layout!”
For the reveal, attendees can expect the Chrysalis staff to project the magazine via LCD and present each submission.
“People who contributed will have the choice to come up and talk a little bit about their prose, poetry, poem, or photography,” Lynch said.
The event is free and open to the public–students, staff, and community.
“I’m so pleased with this magazine, and am so thankful for the team we had working on it!” Lynch said.
