The Panther Nation took over Rocky Mount Bowling Center on Friday evening, participating in a night of bowling, arcade games, food, and friendly competition.

Students unwound after a busy week of school work and classes.

The bowling center buzzed with excitement as students filled the lanes, ready to show their bowling skills. Whether they were bowling strikes, spares, or gutter balls, everybody seemed to enjoy the company of each other and competing.

“Even though I suck at this, it was fun, and I had a great time with my little squad,” said Jasmyn Layton, sophomore.

This event brought students together to relax and create memories.

“I had a great time with my new friends, a lot of competing, and fun as we end the week,” said Jayce White, freshman.

It wasn’t just about bowling.

Many students were found enjoying the food, hanging out in the arcade, even playing pool. The event provided a setting for the students to bond with one another.

Between the competing, food, and games, free bowling night offered a much-needed break from the academic grind.
