XC Panthers compete at Pfieffer Invitational

Senior Greyson Crouch keeps his pace at the Pfeiffer Invitational.

The Panthers crossed the line again.

The finish line–at the men’s 8k Pfieffer Cross Country Invitational last Sat.

Junior Josh Mills led the team in 51st place out of 92 athletes with the time of 31:37.

Freshman Jaiden Childress followed in 78th with a time of 36:11:5, and Greyson Crouch took the third finishing spot for Ferrum in 84th place overall.

While the team did take home the trophy, they are continuing their training with optimism, as they are set to take on Longwood on Oct. 11.
