Submission for the Chrysalis Literary Arts magazine is officially open–with a chance to win $100 for a first-place entry.
The magazine offers an opportunity for those in the campus community to submit their creative works for publication.
Editor Scout Lynch, junior, anticipates only greatness.
“I’m very excited about the Chrysalis this year,” Lynch offers, “and I’m hoping that we get lots of fun submissions.”
Lynch asserts that both literature and art are accepted, with the categories of prose, poetry, photography, and art.
“I am eager to see what people submit this year,” she explains.
There is also a chance to win $50, and all are encouraged to participate. However, only students are able to win a prize.
Additional information and a list of guidelines can be found online or by scanning the barcode above.
All submissions are due via email by 11:59 p.m. on Mon., Sept. 10. to English Professor Katherine Grimes.
