Panthers Beat NCW in Women’s Lacrosse

LAX women picked up a Spring Break non-conference win over North Carolina Wesleyan College, winning 11-6 on March 6 at Ashley Booth Field.

Regan Aldrige, senior, led the Panthers with four goals, while Willow Cooper, junior, had three goals and a pair of assists. Erin Reynolds, senior, added three goals, and Sydney Kincaid, senior, had two assists. Goalkeeper Faith Chubbuck, junior, (1-0) played all 60 minutes between the pipes for the Panthers, making five saves and earning her first win in net this season.

Coach Karen Harvey’s team will be back in action Sat., March 18, against Williams Peace. Game time for the non-conference game is set for 1:00 p.m. at home for the Panthers.
